2016年5月初,我所在的公司通过投标获得了中国某集团信息系统的建设权限。5月底经公司领导层决定,任命我为此项目的项目经理,负责带领团队完成此项目。此项目的建设总金额为700万,建设周期12个月。通过建设此项目,管理中国某集团所在的33家省市公司以及5个大区公司,使中国某集团的采购打通了采购过程的所有环节,实现了全程记录,使其采购业务流程更加规范化、透明话;并提高了中国某集团对省公司以及5个大区的管控能力。实现了中国某集团“业务公开、过程受控、全程在案”的目标。
In early May 2016, my company got the construction permission of a group information system in China through bidding. At the end of May, the leadership of the company decided to appoint me as project manager for the project and lead the team to complete the project. The total amount of construction of this project is 7 million, the construction period is 12 months. Through the construction of this project, managing 33 provincial and municipal companies and 5 large-area companies in which a certain group of Chinese companies are located have enabled the procurement of a Chinese group to open up all aspects of the procurement process and achieved a full record of making its procurement business process more standardized. Transparent; and improve the control of a group of Chinese companies and the five major regions. A group in China has been established to achieve the goal of “being open to the public, controlled by the process, and fully committed to the case”.
