俄罗斯同意向中国供应天然气 俄罗斯已同中国签订了向中国供应天然气的框架协议,天然气来自西伯利亚伊尔库茨克地区的Kovykinsky气田,年供应能力为250亿立方米,供应期为30年,估计该项目价值70亿美元。该气田的开发商可能是由俄罗斯的西丹科和韩国的东亚天然气有限公司组成的合资公司——俄罗斯石油公司。俄罗斯一位官员称,该项目协议内容还包括中俄共同修建一条从该气田到中国东北地区的输气管道。
Russia Agrees to Supply Natural Gas to China Russia has signed a framework agreement with China for supplying natural gas to China from the Kovykinsky gas field in Irkutsk region of Siberia with an annual supply capacity of 25 billion cubic meters and a supply period of 30 years, The project is worth 7 billion U.S. dollars. The developer of the gas field may be Rosneft, a joint venture between Syngenta in Russia and East Asia Natural Gas Co. Ltd. in South Korea. An official from Russia said the project agreement also includes the joint construction of a gas pipeline from the gas field to northeast China by China and Russia.
