“孤岛”时期,上海文艺界组建了多支进步戏剧队伍,其中又以共产党人领导的上海剧艺社最为活跃。共产党人紧紧抓住抗日救亡的主题,取得了当时在沪很多进步人士和普通大众的支持,并通过灵活多样的公开活动对沪上的文艺救亡活动起到了辐射作用。伴随着一系列文艺界的新运动,上海话剧界呈现出孤岛下的繁荣景象,并借助其政治文化的内涵而有效地发挥了其战斗性与工具性。共产党在上海领导文化运动成功的经验,后来也作为有效遗产移植到延安的文艺思想和文艺政策的制定过程中。
During the period of “isolated island”, Shanghai literary and art circles set up many progressive theater teams, among which the Shanghai Theater Association, led by Communists, was the most active. The Communists firmly grasped the theme of anti-Japanese national salvation and obtained the support of many progressive people and the general public in Shanghai at the time. It also played a radiating role in the cultural and salvation activities in Shanghai through flexible and varied public activities. Accompanied by a series of new movements in the literary and art circles, the Shanghai drama community has shown the prosperity under the isolated island and has given full play to its combat effectiveness and instrumentalities with the connotation of its political culture. The Communist Party’s successful experience of leading a cultural movement in Shanghai was later also transferred to Yan’an as an effective legacy for the formulation of literary thoughts and literary policies.
