案例12011年8月2日上午,某幼儿园校车接送学生到校后,有一名3岁女学生没有下车,驾驶员及随车教师未及时发现,以为车上已没有人,并将车门锁上。直至下午4时许放学时,驾驶员打开车门后发现该女童在车内已经不省人事,此时已过去8小时,立即将女童送往当地医院进行抢救,抢救无效死亡。事故发生后,公安部门依法刑拘2名直接责任人,并展开死因调查。初步认定该幼童为长时间滞留在封闭的高温车厢内中暑死亡。
