目的 探讨地质勘探行业呼吸性粉尘危害程度分级技术标准的制订方法 ,为粉尘危害分级管理提供科学依据。方法 选择了地质勘探行业 3个接尘专业系统中的 12 9个接尘工种 ,利用CXF 2F个体呼吸性粉尘采样器进行了呼吸性粉尘采样 ,采用X线衍射法测定了粉尘中游离SiO2 含量 ,并进行了呼吸性粉尘危害程度的分级。结果 地质勘探行业呼吸性粉尘危害程度属于安全 (0级 )和轻度 (Ⅰ级 ) ,两者共占总体的 88.4%。不同工种呼吸性粉尘危害情况为 :出渣、爆破、坑道凿岩等接尘工种的呼吸性粉尘危害属于轻、中度 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ级 ) ;而刻槽取样接尘工种的呼吸性粉尘危害程度属极重度 (Ⅳ级 )。结论 此分级标准基本反映出各系统接尘作业的特点 ,适用于地质勘探作业呼吸性粉尘危害程度分级
Objective To discuss the method of formulating technical standards for grading of hazardous degree of respirable dust in geological prospecting industry and to provide a scientific basis for grading management of dust hazard. Methods A total of 129 dusting workers were selected from three professional dust collecting systems in the geological prospecting industry. Samples of respirable dust were collected using CXF 2F respirable dust sampler. The content of free SiO2 in dust was determined by X-ray diffraction. And conducted a classification of the degree of respiratory dust hazard. Results The hazard degree of respirable dust in the geological prospecting industry belonged to safety (Grade 0) and mild (Grade I), accounting for 88.4% of the total. Respirable dust hazards of different types of work are: Residues of blasting, blasting, tunneling and other dust-type dust hazards belonging to mild to moderate (Ⅰ, Ⅱ); and groove sampling dust-type workers respirable dust hazards Degree is extremely serious (Ⅳ level). Conclusion This grading standard basically reflects the characteristics of the dust collection operation of each system and is applicable to grading of the hazard degree of respirable dust in geological exploration operations
