问题的由来:在新课程理念倡导下,让学生积极主动地参与课堂,并让学生学会运用自主探索、合作交流、动手实践的学习方式解决问题。随之而来,孩子们的胆子越来越大,思维越来越活跃。不管什么样的课堂,不管什么样的老师,他们都能勇于举手,敢于发表想法和意见,这固然是件好事,但也发现:当老师抛出一个问题时,许多学生就迫不及待地举手,有些嘴里还不停地喊:“我!我!……”没叫到他们的时候,总会唉声叹气,抱怨老师偏心;当同学回答问题时,他们根本置之不理,直接说出答案;当老师讲得津津有味时,他们却剥着手指,看着窗外的风景,想着精彩的动画片段……一副若无其事的样子。虽然总体上这样的课堂气氛很活跃,但孩子们各管各的,没有达到共同进步的效果,关键是没有认真倾听。针对这个问题,作为新老师,由于课堂调控能力有限,又跟孩子们走得太近,导致在课堂教学中经常遇到。 The origin of the problem: Advocacy of the new curriculum concept, let students take the initiative to participate in the classroom, and let students learn to use their own exploration, cooperation and exchange, hands-on learning to solve the problem.
