目的分析黔南州6县(市)农村布依族居民1994-2013年间血清总胆固醇(TC)水平及高胆固醇血症患病率的变化特点。方法 1994年,在黔南州北部长顺县、惠水县、都匀市,南部的平塘县、独山县、罗甸县6县(市)25~64岁农村布依族居民进行了心血管病危险因素调查,建立心血管病研究队列。2013年,在该队列人群中再次进行心血管病危险因素的调查,对2次调查资料完整的2833名研究对象的血清TC进行分析。结果 2013年复查时布依族女性居民TC平均为(5.49±0.92)mmol/L,男性为(4.96±0.76)mmol/L,女性TC水平平均值与男性比较,差异有统计学意义(t=16.56,P=0.000);20年来黔南州6县(市)农村布依族男性居民TC水平增加0.51 mmol/L,上升11.46%。女性TC水平增加0.81 mmol/L,上升17.31%,女性上升幅度高于男性;不同年龄段比较,25~34岁年龄段TC水平增加的幅度最大。不同地点比较,黔南北部惠水县和黔南南部罗甸县人群TC水平增加值最大,分别为0.96mmol/L和1.01 mmol/L。黔南州6县(市)农村布依族居民高胆固醇血症患病率从5.11%增加到10.80%,增加了1.12倍。结论 20年来黔南州6县(市)农村布依族居民TC平均水平呈持续增高趋势,25~34岁年龄段增加的幅度最大,女性上升幅度高于男性。黔南南部和北部TC水平平均值比较无差异性。
Objective To analyze the changes of serum total cholesterol (TC) and the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia among rural residents in Buyi district of 6 counties in Qiannan Prefecture from 1994 to 2013. Methods In 1994, residents of the rural Bouyei ethnic groups aged 25-64 in 6 counties (cities), including Changshun County, Huishui County, Duyun City, the southern part of Pingtung County, Dushan County and Luodian County in southern Qiannan Prefecture, carried out the heart Investigate risk factors for vascular disease and establish a cohort of cardiovascular disease research. In 2013, another survey of risk factors for cardiovascular disease was conducted in this cohort of patients, and the serum TCs of 2833 study subjects completed in two surveys were analyzed. Results The average TC of female residents in Buyi women in 2013 was (5.49 ± 0.92) mmol / L and (4.96 ± 0.76) mmol / L, respectively. The average level of TC in female was significantly higher than that of men (t = 16.56 , P = 0.000). For the past 20 years, the TC level of male residents of Buyi people in 6 counties of Qiannan Prefecture increased 0.51 mmol / L, up by 11.46%. Female TC levels increased 0.81 mmol / L, an increase of 17.31%, women increased more than men; different age groups, 25 to 34 years of age TC increased the most. Compared with different locations, the added value of TC in Huishui County in southern Qiannan and Luodian in southern Guizhou was the highest, which were 0.96mmol / L and 1.01mmol / L, respectively. The prevalence of hypercholesterolemia among Buyi residents in 6 counties (cities) in Qiannan Prefecture increased from 5.11% to 10.80%, an increase of 1.12 times. Conclusion The average level of TCs in Buyi residents in rural areas of 6 counties in Qiannan Prefecture continued to increase, with the increase rate reaching the maximum in 25-34 year-olds, and the increase rate of females was higher than that of males. There was no difference in average TC level in southern and southern Guizhou.
