慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭,是临床上较常见的危重病。使用有效的通气方法保持患者气道的通畅显得尤为重要。无创机械通气无需建立人工气道,利用呼吸机的无创通气技术为患者输送氧气,具有安全、无创等优点。该研究选取了2010年12月~2013年6月在我院就诊的老年COPD合并呼吸衰竭住院患者56例作为研究对象,对比分析无创机械通气治疗的临床应用价值,现报道如下。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) combined with respiratory failure, is a more common clinical critically ill. The use of effective ventilation to maintain airway patency is particularly important. Non-invasive mechanical ventilation without the establishment of artificial airway, the use of ventilator non-invasive ventilation technology for patients with oxygen delivery, with safety, non-invasive and so on. The study selected from December 2010 ~ June 2013 in our hospital aged 50 COPD patients with respiratory failure hospitalized patients as the research object, comparative analysis of non-invasive mechanical ventilation clinical application value, are reported below.
