依据对辽宁省“十一五”期间高中骨干教师的抽样调查资料,从制度变革、工作量、个人能力自我评价等方面考察高中骨干教师与新课改的适应性状况,结果表明:除了对模块教学、工作量不适应外,绝大部分骨干教师不会怀疑自己的业务水平,自我评价基本适应新课程改革。针对发现的问题,应采取建立班主任与科任教师共同参与的学习型组织,建立学校层面的教师终身学习干预制度,采取诊断-合作式的教育硕士实践课程模式等对策。
Based on the sample survey data of key high school teachers in Liaoning Province during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, this paper examines the adaptability of high school key teachers and new curriculum reform from the aspects of system reform, workload, and self-evaluation of individuals. The results show that: The module teaching, the workload does not meet, most of the key teachers will not doubt their level of business, self-evaluation basically adapt to the new curriculum reform. In view of the problems found, we should establish a learning organization which the teacher in charge and the teacher in the department should take part in together, set up a system of teachers’ lifelong learning intervention at the school level, and take countermeasures such as the diagnostic-cooperative education practice mode.
