目的通过地区食品安全风险监测质量考核,加强微生物实验室检测能力的质量控制。方法 2016年东丽区疾病预防控制中心检验科接受天津地区食品安全风险监测质量检验,采用国家标准方法对此次质控考核进行分析,对6瓶冻干粉进行致病菌分离鉴定(定性)。结果从形态学、生化反应和血清型鉴定几个方面,样品16-U034、16-W831、16-Y696分别检出沙门菌、志贺菌和阪崎肠杆菌;样品16-E451未检出肠出血性大肠杆菌,样品16-V634未检出副溶血性弧菌,样品16-Z934未检出单增李斯特菌。考核鉴定结果为全部满意。结论该实验室的检测能力通过了外部质控检验,满足国家对食品安全风险监测和评估工作的质量要求。
Objective To improve the quality control of microbial laboratory testing capability through the quality assessment of regional food safety risk monitoring. Methods In 2016, Dongli District Center for Disease Control and Prevention accepted the quality inspection of food safety risk monitoring in Tianjin and analyzed the quality control assessment by using national standards. The isolation and identification of 6 bottles of freeze-dried powder were qualitative (qualitative) . Results The samples 16-U034, 16-W831 and 16-Y696 were identified as Salmonella, Shigella and Enterobacter sakazakii in morphological, biochemical and serological types. Samples 16-E451 were not detected in the intestine Hemorrhagic Escherichia coli, Vibrio parahaemolyticus was not detected in sample 16-V634, and Listeria monocytogenes was not detected in sample 16-Z934. Assessment results for the full satisfaction. Conclusion The laboratory’s testing capability has passed the external quality control test to meet the quality requirements of the state for the monitoring and assessment of food safety risks.
