目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中乙酸乙烯酯(VA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱方法。方法工作场所空气中的VA和MMA用对苯二酚浸渍活性炭吸附管采集,二硫化碳解吸,DB-FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。结果本方法 VA和MMA分别在18.6~186.2和187.2~1 872.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 97和0.999 98,最低检出浓度分别为0.7和0.8 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L空气样品计),平均解吸效率分别为92.6%~97.8%和95.9%~99.1%,批间相对标准偏差分别为1.8%~2.6%和0.5%~2.2%,采样效率均为100.0%,样品在4℃冰箱中可保存7 d。结论本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,适用于工作场所空气中VA和MMA的同时检测。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatography (GC-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of vinyl acetate (VA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) in workplace air. Methods VA and MMA in the air of the workplace were collected with a hydroquinone-impregnated activated carbon adsorption tube, carbon disulfide desorption, DB-FFAP capillary gas chromatographic separation, and flame ionization detector. Results The calibration curves of VA and MMA were linear in the range of 18.6-186.2 and 187.2-1 872.0 mg / L respectively, the correlation coefficients were 0.999 97 and 0.999 98 respectively, and the lowest detection concentrations were 0.7 and 0.8 mg / m3 respectively 1.5 L air sample). The average desorption efficiencies were between 92.6% -97.8% and 95.9% -99.1%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were between 1.8% -2.6% and 0.5% -22.2% respectively. The sampling efficiency was 100.0% Samples can be stored in 4 ℃ refrigerator for 7 d. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and accurate. It is suitable for simultaneous detection of VA and MMA in workplace air.
