节水灌溉是农业现代化的重要组成部分,发展节水灌溉、提高水利用率是实现现代化的必由之路。当前我国的情况是,一方面水资源严重不足,另一方面农业灌溉水的利用率很低,浪费十分严重。我国农业灌溉长期沿用原始的灌溉方法,因此节水空间很大。通过对单喷头卷管式喷灌机的喷头车受力分析,找到其问题产生的原因,再通过理论力学分析,设计几种联动双喷头装置,使喷头喷射水反作用力的合力方向始终与输水管方向一致,利用输水管平衡其反作用力,保持工作稳定性。
