以砂浆搅拌机搅拌轴为研究对象,介绍了砂浆搅拌机搅拌轴的结构及其工作原理,并对其进行有限元分析。借助有限元软件ANSYS软件对砂浆搅拌机搅拌轴进行静强度分析,找出搅拌轴上的危险点,通过ANSYS-Fatigue模块对该点进行疲劳寿命分析,得到疲劳累积系数0.732 3。根据累积系数可知,搅拌轴在使用年限内满足要求,这对其他同类型结构的分析可以起到参考作用,对研究和优化新型砂浆搅拌机搅拌轴具有重要意义。
Taking the mortar mixer shaft as the research object, the structure and working principle of mortar mixer shaft are introduced, and the finite element analysis is carried out. The finite element software ANSYS software was used to analyze the static strength of mortar mixer agitator shaft to find out the dangerous point on the agitator shaft. The fatigue life of this agitator was analyzed by ANSYS-Fatigue module, and the cumulative fatigue coefficient was 0.732 3. According to the cumulative coefficient, it can be seen that the stirring shaft meets the requirements during the service life, which can be used as a reference for the analysis of other structures of the same type, which is of great significance for the research and optimization of the new stirring shaft of mortar mixer.
