党的十六届三中全会《决定》和国务院《国务院关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》确定了我国未来建设多层次资本市场的目标,要求“在统筹考虑资本市场合理布局和功能定位的基础上,逐步建立满足不同类型企业融资需求的多层次资本市场体系”。而研究海外相对成熟资本市场,有助于我国建设多层次的资本市场和资本市场法律体系。
The “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s “Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Reform, Opening up and Stable Development of the Capital Market” set the goal of building a multi-level capital market in our country in the future and demanded that “in considering the rational distribution of capital markets and Functional positioning based on the gradual establishment of different types of enterprises to meet the financing needs of the multi-level capital market system. ” Studying overseas relative mature capital market will help our country to build a multi-level legal system of capital market and capital market.
