一、前言空气压缩站(简称空压站)是工矿企业重要的动力站房之一,为生产提供空气动力。目前在工矿企业的新、老空压站中一般很少考虑噪声的控制问题。因此,空压站的噪声很高,污染环境,危害职工的身体健康。自80年国家劳动总局确定我厂为全国第一批噪声治理试点单位以来,我们在中国建筑科学研究院物理研究所声学室的指导下,对我厂的两厂空压站进行了噪声治理试验工作,经过两年来的实践与探索,取得了显著的降噪效果,基本上控制了噪声污染,为工人创造了一个较为安静的工作环境,于1982年六月通过了技术鉴定。
I. Introduction The air compression station (referred to as the air compressor station) is one of the important power stations for industrial and mining enterprises, providing aerodynamics for production. At present, industrial and mining enterprises in the new and old air pressure stations rarely consider the noise control issues. Therefore, the noise of the air compressor station is very high, polluting the environment and jeopardizing the health of workers. Since 80 years when the State Administration of Labor decided that our factory was the first batch of pilot units for noise control in China, under the guidance of the Acoustics Room of Institute of Physics, China Academy of Building Research, we conducted a noise control test on the air compressor station of our two plants After two years of practice and exploration, it achieved notable noise reduction effects, basically controlled noise pollution and created a relatively quiet working environment for workers. It passed the technical appraisal in June 1982.
