婴幼儿疝为先天性疝,是小儿外科的常见病,主要是由于先天性腹膜鞘状突未闭引起,一般无局部肌肉薄弱,治疗方式主要为疝囊高位结扎术[1-2]。笔者在自制穿刺带线针辅助下行单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝5例。报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料回顾性分析2013年3—8月包头医学院第一附属医院普外一科收治的腹股沟疝患儿5例,均为男性,年龄为6~12周岁,发病时间为6~12个月。5例患儿均为
