近年来,新颖建材发展较快,日益受到欢迎。本文简介上海建筑塑料厂部分新颖建材产品。一、PVC塑料波纹管早在五十年代国外已开发应用塑料波纹管。它是利用异型断面结构的原理,进管壁后1毫米左右,但因断面呈波形,因而加强了纵横断面的结构强度。如同一尺寸的塑波纹管代替普通塑料管,可节省40％左右的原料而其强度等有关质量指标均不降低。其价格与同一管径的金属管和塑料管相比,分别为四分之一和四分之三。由此可见,塑料波纹管的价格是很经济的。同时塑料波纹管还具有韧性好,耐腐蚀、绝缘性强、自熄等特点,并可作大幅度任意弯曲不变形、不开裂。这种PVC塑料波纹管可广泛用于建筑业家用电器、机械制造、飞机、船舶制造业,还可用于化学工业、电气技术以及作为所有需要移动性连续用的保护管或输送管。如在
In recent years, new building materials have developed rapidly and have been increasingly welcomed. This article describes some of the new building materials products of the Shanghai Construction Plastics Factory. First, PVC plastic corrugated pipe has been developed and applied plastic corrugated pipe as early as the fifties. It is based on the principle of a profiled cross-section structure, which is about 1 mm behind the inlet pipe wall. However, because the cross-section is wavy, the structural strength of the vertical and horizontal sections is strengthened.
