近日,北京市通州区人民法院审理了一起被拐卖妇女婚后20年要求离婚的案件。原告莫秀娟是广西忻城县人。1989年5月,莫秀娟被拐卖至北京市通州区永乐店镇坚村被告张二虎家。在张二虎一家的逼迫下,莫秀娟于同年8月与张二虎登记结婚。1991年12月24日,莫秀娟产下一男孩。
Recently, the Tongzhou District People’s Court in Beijing tried a divorce case involving a trafficked woman 20 years after her marriage. The plaintiff Mo Xiujuan is a native of Xincheng County, Guangxi. In May 1989, Mo Xiujuan was trafficked to Zhang Erhu’s home in Jiancun, Yongle Dianzhen, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Under the persecution of the Zhang Erhu family, Mo Xiujuan enrolled with Zhang Erhu in August of the same year. December 24, 1991, Mo Xiujuan gave birth to a boy.
