基于西门子先进的运动控制系统SIMOTION D,实现了国际热核实验反应堆(International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor,ITER)Bottom/Top和Side校正场线圈(Correction Coils,CC)绕制的多轴同步控制系统,共8个轴以不同的凸轮运动完成线圈的绕制;在对系统需求进行了分析总结的基础上,设计实现了该系统的硬件结构,阐述了各硬件的功能作用;根据系统的功能需求,实现了多状态多功能的控制软件设计并对其工作原理和流程进行了论述,同时实现了和谐友好、功能齐全的人机界面;工业以太网、PROFIBUS(过程现场总线)网、DRIVE-CLIQ的应用使整个硬件系统具有高度的集成性和良好的可扩展性;实际运行结果表明,ITER校正场线圈绕制控制系统能够满足高可靠性、高精度的要求,能够完成两种形状线圈的绕制。
Based on SIEMENS advanced motion control system SIMOTION D, a multi-axis synchronous control system of International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) Bottom / Top and Side Correction Coils (CC) Based on the analysis and summary of the system requirements, the hardware structure of the system is designed and realized, and the function of each hardware is expounded. According to the functional requirements of the system, the realization of Multi-state multi-functional control software design and its working principle and process are discussed at the same time to achieve a harmonious and friendly, fully functional man-machine interface; Industrial Ethernet, PROFIBUS (process field bus) network, DRIVE-CLIQ application The whole hardware system has a high degree of integration and good scalability; actual operation results show that the ITER calibration field coil winding control system can meet the requirements of high reliability and high precision, and can complete the winding of two kinds of shape coils.
