随着国民经济的不断发展,自2008年产生了房地产泡沫以来,房地产行业和国民经济的增长越来越密切。本文对全国各省市的生产总值和商品房交易额的关系进行了分析,并选取了全国各个省市2005年到2013年的GDP和商品房销售额面板数据,利用回归分析理论对二者关系进行了定量分析。分析结果表明各地区生产总值对所在地的商品房销售额有正的影响。
With the continuous development of the national economy, since the real estate bubble was created in 2008, the real estate industry and the national economy have been growing more and more closely. This paper analyzes the relationship between GDP and real estate transaction volume of all provinces and cities in China, and selects the panel data of GDP and real estate sales in all provinces and cities from 2005 to 2013. Using regression analysis theory, Quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis show that the GDP of each region has a positive impact on the sales of commercial houses in the area.
