病毒性脑炎是一年四季均有散发的传染病。1982年5月～1983年9月,我们运用温病学的辨证原理,单纯用中药治疗4例,疗效良好,现报告于下。例1、农某,男,2岁,1982年5月19日入院,住院号1662。患儿8天前突然高热,口渴喜饮,出汗多,纳呆少思,夜寐不安,但无咳嗽、流涕,二便正常。于当地卫生院肌注青霉素、“退热剂”等3天,仍高热不退,继后出现嗜睡,右侧肢体瘫痪不举,抖颤,坐立不能等症,遂转我院治疗。

In the local hospital for intramuscular injection of penicillin, “antipyretics” and other three days, still high heat does not retreat, followed by lethargy, the right side of the body does not lift, trembling, sitting can not wait for the disease, was transferred to our hospital for treatment.
