目的:观察吡格列酮对2型糖尿病高脂血症的影响。方法:每日口服盐酸吡格列酮15mg。结果:空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、及总胆固醇(TC)均有不同程度下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)增高。结论:吡格列酮抑制周围脂肪组织脂解,减少游离脂肪酸(FAA)释放,使肝脏极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)及TG生成减少,同时脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)活性增加,周围组织降解加快,使血脂降低。
Objective: To observe the effect of pioglitazone on type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Daily oral administration of pioglitazone hydrochloride 15mg. Results: Fasting blood glucose (FPG), postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), HbAlc, triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) decreased to some extent. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) Increase. CONCLUSION: Pioglitazone inhibits the lipolysis of the surrounding adipose tissue and reduces the release of free fatty acids (FAA), reduces the formation of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) and TG in the liver, increases the activity of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and accelerates the degradation of surrounding tissues, Decreased blood lipids.
