基于胱氨酸在酸性条件下对高锰酸钾-甲醛化学发光体系的增强作用,建立了化学发光法对胱氨酸的分析。考察了高锰酸钾、甲醛及酸性条件对发光强度的影响。在优化实验条件下胱氨酸在2.5×10~(-5)~2.5×10~(-3)mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为I=134.76+547.17c(R=0.9976);检出限2.49×10~(-6)mol/L;平行测定11次浓度为2.5×10~(-5)mol/L胱氨酸标准溶液的发光强度值,相对标准偏差为2.7%。
Based on the enhancement of cystine to potassium permanganate-formaldehyde chemiluminescence system under acidic conditions, the analysis of cystine by chemiluminescence was established. The effects of potassium permanganate, formaldehyde and acidic conditions on the luminescence intensity were investigated. Under optimal conditions, the linearity of cystine in the range of 2.5 × 10 -5 ~ 2.5 × 10 -3 mol / L was linear with the regression equation of I = 134.76 + 547.17 c (R = 0.9976). The detection limit was 2.49 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L. The luminescence intensity of 11 × standard cystine solution with concentration of 2.5 × 10 ~ (-5) mol / L was determined in parallel. The relative standard deviation was 2.7%.
