本文应用透射电镜对平原大鼠急进高原后其主要脏器超微结构的变化,以及红景素的保护作用进行了观察,结果表明:在特高海拔地区,由于受严重低氧环境的影响,大鼠脏器超微结构均发生不同程度的弥漫性损伤,突出地表现为细胞线粒体变性肿胀,甚至呈髓鞘样改变,细胞间质水肿、核异染色体边聚、肌浆网明呈扩张、糖原颗粒减少、毛细血管基膜增厚不均匀等。红景天素可明显减轻细胞超微结构缺氧性损伤,提示该药具有较好的保护作用。本文还对其可能的作用机理进行了探讨。
In this paper, the transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to observe the ultrastructural changes of major organs in plain rats and the protective effects of rhodumin. The results showed that in the extremely high altitude, due to the severe hypoxia environment, The ultrastructure of the organs of rats were diffusely damaged to varying degrees, prominently manifested as cell mitochondrial degeneration and swelling, and even changes in myelin-like, interstitial edema, nuclear heterochromatic polyglutination, sarcoplasmic reticulum was dilated, Reducing glycogen particles, capillary basement membrane thickening uneven and so on. Rhodiola significantly reduce cell ultrastructure damage caused by hypoxia, suggesting that the drug has a good protective effect. This article also discusses its possible mechanism of action.
