本文用系统科学的观点与方法分析了情报交流的实质、意义及方式,进而分析了科技情报工作的作用。作者认为,情报交流实际上是对系统输入负熵流,是系统优化与内组织的重要条件;结合系统哲学学者欧文·拉兹洛的理论,作者对情报交流的非正式过程及正式过程的模式进行了描述;最后,在分析了情报交流系统的结构的基础上,说明了科技情报工作对情报交流系统的控制作用。
In this paper, we analyze the essence, meaning and ways of intelligence exchange from the perspectives and methods of systematic science, and then analyze the role of science and intelligence intelligence. The author thinks that the exchange of information is actually the input of negative entropy flow to the system, which is an important condition for system optimization and internal organization. Combining the theory of system philosophy scholar Owen Laszlo, the author analyzes the informal process of information exchange and the formal process model Finally, based on the analysis of the structure of the intelligence exchange system, this paper illustrates the control effect of the scientific intelligence work on the intelligence exchange system.
