城市交通生态规划强调交通的绿色性,即降低资源能源消耗,减少污染废弃物排放,减轻交通拥挤,增强与环境的协调性。从生态的角度进行考察,我国城市当前的交通规划及建设尚存在一些误区亟待厘清。建设生态交通需要更加科学的路网结构,形成合理的主、次、支路层级配套体系,改善交通组织与管理;大力推行公交优先政策,合理分配道路资源,提高道路运率;科学规划停车设施,积极建设生态泊位,提升环保指数。
Urban traffic ecological planning emphasizes the greenness of traffic, that is, reducing the energy consumption of resources, reducing the emission of polluting waste, reducing traffic congestion and enhancing the coordination with the environment. From the perspective of ecology, there are still some errors in the current traffic planning and construction in our cities.
