农民工的融入问题关系到我国城市经济的发展与社会稳定与和谐,它已经成为是近年来学术界研究的重要议题。本文基于政治意识与行为的维度来考察农民工的城市融入状况。通过总结归纳学者们的研究发现,农民工的政治意识具有二维性即现代性与非现代性并存的特点,而政治参与的制度化与非制度化体现了农民工政治行为理性与非理性相交织。农民工双重特性的政治意识与行为相互构建,形成了农民工群体的亚政治文化。在这种亚政治文化的影响下,农民工在经济层面、社会层面、心理层面“不融入”或“半融入”于城市社会,因此,加强农民工的城市融入就必须树立农民工现代性政治意识,同时创造条件引导农民工政治参与从非制度化走向制度化,加强其政治行为的理性。
The integration of migrant workers is closely related to the development of urban economy and social stability and harmony in our country. It has become an important topic for academic research in recent years. This article examines the urban integration of migrant workers based on the dimensions of political awareness and behavior. Through summarizing the research of scholars, it is found that the political consciousness of migrant workers has the characteristics of two-dimension, that is, the coexistence of modernity and non-modernity. The institutionalization and non-institutionalization of political participation embody the rational and irrational phases of migrant workers’ political behavior Interweave.
