我院自1992年4月至1993年10月在将摘除的新鲜前列腺标本用微波进行离体辐射的实验研究基础上,对临床30例前列腺增生症(BPH)患者施行经尿道微波辐射前列腺后电切术(TUMRP),取得了较好疗效,现予报道。 1 临床资料 本组30例,年龄53～83岁,平均71岁。病程3个月～12年,平均约2年。合并膀胱结石11例;各种心肺疾病14例,其中1例为半年内曾发作的不稳
