本届年会于1991年12月19—21日在重庆机电部第三设计研究院举行。到会代表160人,来自省内外96个单位。收选论文69篇,内容有综述分析、物理冶金、零件热处理、化学热处理、表面强化、设备、淬火介质、检测方法等新工艺新技术。出版了《四川省第六届、重庆市第三届热处理学术年会论文集》,这些论文基本上反映了四川省和重庆市近几年来热处理技术的发展和动向,以及热处理生产的实际和水平。会议期间听取了重庆大学李春信教授和成都量刃总厂雷仲眉教授级高工关于国内外热处理材料、工艺及设备发展动态的报告及来自国内外十二个热处理厂商的产品介绍并参观了机电部59研究所的理化、机械性能试验室。本届年会的主要内容是大会和分组宣读论文。大会宣读论文6篇;分组宣读的论文有:物理冶金和零件热处理17篇;特殊热处理、淬火介质和设备10篇;化学热处理22篇;表面强化等交流论文13篇。与会者普遍反映这次会
