经常的搜集与研究用户意见，是改进产品质量、满足用户需要的重要措施。今年上半年内，南京、沈阳第一机床厂、无锡、重庆等机床厂均主动的搜集了用户意见，尤其是南京、沈一两厂并组织人员访问了用户；不仅搜集了许多宝贵的意见；而且为用户修理和解决了不少产品质量的缺点；因而博得了用户的好评。但到日前为止，我局大部分厂对於搜集与处理用户意见工作还没有加以应有的重视甚至有的厂对於用户所提的意见采取不够虚心的态度。这是各厂必须加以改进和纠正的。为引起各厂对於此项工作的重视；现将南京厂用户意见总结报告刊出；以供各厂学习和参考。同时，并将半年来我局新收到的和所了解的用户意见整理刊出，希各厂认真研究和改进。

In the first half of this year, Nanjing, Shenyang No. 1 Machine Tool Plant, Wuxi, Chongqing and other machine tool factories all actively collected opinions of users, especially Nanjing and Shen-12 factories and organized personnel to visit the users; not only collected many valuable opinions; But also for the user to repair and solve the shortcomings of many product quality; thus won the praise of users. However, up to now, most of the plants in our factory have not paid due attention to the collection and processing of user opinions. Even some factories take an unsophisticated attitude toward users’ opinions. This is the factory must be improved and corrected. In order to arouse the attention of each factory to this work, the opinion report of the factory in Nanjing is now published, which is for the plants to learn and reference. At the same time, we will collate and publish the user’s opinions newly received and understood by the Bureau in the past six months, and hope each of the factories will seriously study and improve it.
