Under the brilliance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary health line, under the support of the medical team of the People’s Liberation Army and the help of young people, the 23 communes in our county generally carried out acupuncture. At present, the county has trained more than 150 acupuncture backbones, according to two months of statistics, using needles to perform 777 cases of surgery. Over the past year or so, the county has used needle acupuncture to perform more than 800 cases of female bariatric surgery, and its effect is better. The extensive development of acupuncture and needle work in my county is a great victory for Mao Zedong Thought, a great victory for Chairman Mao’s revolutionary health line, and a great achievement for the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The PLA Medical Team warmly promoted Mao Zedong Thought. In March 1970, all the comrades of the First Medical Team of the General Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army followed the great sleeves.
