普光高含硫天然气田在地面系统中采用湿气集输的工艺,碳钢管道面临H2S/CO2及元素硫共存等苛刻运行条件下的点腐蚀,为了定量评价点腐蚀缺陷对管道力学性能的影响,在实验室制备了固定点蚀密度条件下,不同点蚀深度的腐蚀试样,在模拟工况下进行了点蚀深度对腐蚀损伤管道抗拉强度、屈服强度以及抗应力腐蚀开裂、抗氢致开裂等性能的影响试验,结果表明:点腐蚀试样的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量和延伸率随点蚀深度的增加而减小,且试样由无孔变为有点蚀时前述各项参数急剧减小;点腐蚀试样的冲击功和裂纹尖端应力场强度因子的数据值均随点蚀深度增大呈现指数下降趋势。

The values of the impact energy and the stress field strength factor at the crack tip of the pitting corrosion specimen decrease exponentially with the increase of pitting depth.
