按照Voigt,Reuss和Hill等人的平均法,结合织构加权函数,计算了具有高法向塑性各向异性和低平面塑性各向异性的冷轧和冷轧后退火磷钢板材的弹性性质。将板材平面上各个方向的杨氏模量的计算值与用超声法测定的实验值进行了比较。结果表明,Hill平均值最接近实际情况,Voigt平均值比实际测定值偏高,而Reuss平均值则偏低,本文对有关的计算步骤做了详细的叙述,在附录中还提供了计算的例子,以便有助于冶金学家、工程师和高等学校学生熟悉在进行这类研究时可能用到的数学处理。
The elastic properties of cold-rolled and cold-rolled annealed phosphorus steel plates with high normal plastic anisotropy and low plane plastic anisotropy were calculated according to Voigt, Reuss and Hill et al. Averages, combined with the texture weighting function. The calculated values of Young’s modulus in all directions on the plane of the plate were compared with the experimental values measured by the ultrasonic method. The results show that the average value of Hill is the closest to the actual situation, the average value of Voigt is higher than the actual measured value, and the mean value of Reuss is low. The relevant calculation steps are described in detail in this paper. The appendix also provides calculated examples In order to help metallurgists, engineers and college students familiar with the mathematical processing that may be used in carrying out such research.
