中等职业教育是公共服务体系的重要组成部分,在现代职业教育体系中具有基础作用。中等职业教育既是加快发展现代职业教育的重点,也是普及高中阶段教育的关键环节。巩固规模是中职发展的关键,也是难点,措施、要求、目标见表7-1;优化布局结构、整合办学资源是发展的重要方式,见图7-1、7-2;县级职教中心是发展的基础和重心,见图7-3;职普融通是未来发展的趋势,见图7-4。
Secondary vocational education is an important part of the public service system and plays a fundamental role in the modern vocational education system. Secondary vocational education is not only the focal point of accelerating the development of modern vocational education, but also the key link of popularizing education in senior secondary schools. To consolidate the scale is the key to the development of secondary vocational school, as well as the difficulties, measures, requirements and goals as shown in Table 7-1. Optimizing the layout and integrating educational resources is an important way for development. See Figure 7-1 and 7-2. The center is the foundation and focus of development, as shown in Figure 7-3. The convergence of vocational and technical posts is the trend of future development, as shown in Figure 7-4.
