仪征化纤是我国特大型企业,现有职工2万人,年生产化纤产品60万吨,相当于全国棉花产量的1/8,在国内化纤行业中具有举足轻重的作用,为世人瞩目。在建立社会主义市场经济新体制的形势下,仪化公司按照现代企业制度的要求,经国家体改委批准,于1993年12月,实现了企业重组。将原仪征化纤公司分立为仪化股份公司和仪化联合公司,踏上了第二次创业的征程。企业重组后,所属中小学如何办学?在办学体制和投资机制的改革方面有什么举措?下面是我们的做法与体会。
Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise in China. It currently employs 20,000 people and produces 600,000 tons of chemical fiber products, which is equivalent to 1/8 of the country’s cotton output. It plays a decisive role in the domestic chemical fiber industry and attracts worldwide attention. Under the situation of establishing a new system of a socialist market economy, Yihua Company, in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system and approved by the State Commission for Economic Restructuring, implemented corporate restructuring in December 1993. The original Yizheng Chemical Fiber Company was divided into Yihua Joint Stock Company and Yihua United Company and embarked on the second venture. After the reorganization of the enterprise, how do the primary and secondary schools belong to the school? What are the measures for the reform of the school system and investment mechanism? The following are our practices and experiences.
