在实验室内探讨了三唑酮、甲基硫菌灵、福美双、恶霜灵和甲霜灵等 5种杀菌剂单用或混用对蚕豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 .据此 ,在田间开展了杀菌剂拌种和杀菌剂与杀虫剂混用防治蚕豆根腐病的研究 .第 1年的结果表明 ,在 11个处理中 ,三唑酮单独拌种效果最为显著 ,与对照相比 ,在 0 .0 1ga .i·kg-1种子的剂量下 ,使 6周龄植株的根腐病指数降低 5 1.5 % ,成株累计死亡率减少 36 % ,单株种子产量提高2 1% ,每公顷种子产量增加 97.6 % ,其他处理未取得显著防效 .第 2年开展的三唑酮拌种试验 ,亦成株累计死亡率比对照减少 31.9% ,种子产量增加 19.6 % .连续 2年的研究均证明 ,三唑酮拌种是防治蚕豆根腐病的有效措施之一 ,但杀菌剂拌种应与其他防治措施综合应用 ,方可取得更好的防治效果
The effects of triadimefon, thiophanate-methyl, thiram, mefenoxam and metalaxyl on the seed germination and seedling growth of Vicia faba were studied in the laboratory.Accordingly, The fungicide seed dressing and fungicide were mixed with insecticides to prevent and cure the root rot of broad bean.The results of the first year showed that the triadimefon alone was the best seed dressing in 11 treatments, The root rot index of 6-week-old plants was decreased by 51.5% at the dose of 0. 01ga. I kg-1 seed, the cumulative adult plant mortality was reduced by 36% and the single seed yield was increased by 21% Hectare seed yield increased 97.6%, other treatments did not achieve significant control effect.The second year triadimefon seed dressing test, the cumulative adult plant mortality rate decreased 31.9% compared with the control, seed yield increased 19.6% for two consecutive years of study All proved that triadimefon seed dressing is one of the effective measures to prevent and cure broad bean root rot, but the germicide seed dressing should be used in combination with other control measures to achieve better control effects
