自1984年Inoue等报导经皮穿刺球囊导管二尖瓣成形术以来,此方法已在国内迅速开展,我院自1992年至1996年底共对82例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者进行了经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术(PBMV),取得了满意的效果。
