在众多的幼儿教育课程模式中,高瞻课程独具特色。区域活动是幼儿园普遍开展的一种活动。活动中教师角色的合理定位对区域活动的顺利开展和幼儿个性的发展起着重要的作用。在高瞻课程指导下,区域活动中幼儿教师的角色应转变为环境的创造者,过程的等待者,活动的应答者,兴趣的激发者。这样才能有利于培养幼儿独立、自信、自主等个性品质,才能提高他们发现问题、解决问题的能力。
In a large number of early childhood education curriculum model, Gaozhan curriculum unique. Regional activities are a common activity in kindergartens. The rational positioning of teachers’ roles in the activities played an important role in the smooth development of regional activities and in the development of children’s personality. Under the guidance of Gaozhan, the role of kindergarten teachers in regional activities should be transformed into the creators of the environment, the process waiters, the respondents of the activities and the activists of interest. Only in this way can we help to cultivate young children’s independence, self-confidence and autonomy and other personality qualities in order to enhance their ability to find and solve problems.
