各期刊编辑部及有关单位:建设世界一流科技期刊,推动我院优秀学术期刊走向世界,是我院“面向世界科技前沿,追求学术卓越”“率先实现科学技术跨越发展战略”“率先建设国际一流科研机构”“跻身世界领先行列”对我院期刊人提出的时代要求。面对新的发展形势和战略机遇,我院在科技期刊“十三五”规划和“率先行动计划”中提出大力推动“以多模式集中办刊为核心”的全院科技期刊布局调整,打造新型开放出版模式,实现我院科技期刊跻身国际优秀科技期刊行列的战略目标。为此,中国科学院自然科学期刊编辑研究会拟于2016年10月中旬左右召开
The editorial department of each periodical and relevant units: to build a world-class scientific and technological periodical to promote the outstanding academic periodicals in our institute to the world, and to be “the frontier of science and technology in the world, the pursuit of academic excellence”, “the first to realize the strategy of leapfrogging science and technology” “Take the lead in building a world-class scientific research institutions ” “among the world’s leading ranks ” to our period journals made by the requirements of the times. In the face of the new development situation and strategic opportunities, our college put forward the following suggestions in the periodicals and periodicals of the “13th Five-year Plan” and the “First Action Plan”: vigorously promote “multi-mode centralized publication” as the core Adjust the layout of sci-tech periodicals and build a new open-publication mode, and realize the strategic target of sci-tech periodicals among the ranks of international excellent sci-tech periodicals. To this end, the Chinese Academy of Sciences natural science journal editors will be held around mid-October 2016
