本文用7种天然汁液为营养探讨了白菜黑斑病菌分别在光照和黑暗,振荡和静止培养条件下菌丝生长速度,菌丝生长量和AB-毒素产生的关系。试验结果发现,白菜黑斑病菌在光照和振荡培养下菌丝生长速度快,菌丝生长量大;但AB-毒素的产生则需要黑暗和静止条件。可见,适合白菜黑斑病菌营养生长的条件却不利于AN-毒素的产生。
In this paper, seven kinds of natural juice were used as nutrients to study the relationship between mycelial growth rate, mycelial growth and AB-toxin production of Alternaria brassicae under light and dark, shaking and stationary culture respectively. The results showed that mycelium growth was rapid and mycelial growth was high under light and shaking culture. However, the production of AB-toxin required dark and static conditions. Can be seen that the conditions for vegetative growth of cabbage Alternaria do not conducive to AN-toxin production.
