余杭县某厂8名厨工食用刚烧好的有异味的米饭,引起中毒,发病率为100%,中毒潜伏期是15~60分钟,中毒主要表现为呕吐、腹胀、寒颤、头晕和无力。其中一人症状较重送医院对症治疗后症状消失。流行病学分析可确定中毒食品为米饭,最大可能是霉菌毒索性食物中毒。为此本实验室对中毒食品大米进行霉菌检验分析和霉菌产毒鉴定,现报道如下。
Yuhang County, a factory 8 kitchen workers just eat the bad smell of cooked rice, causing poisoning, the incidence was 100%, the incubation period is 15 to 60 minutes, mainly vomiting, bloating, chills, dizziness and weakness. One of the symptoms of severe symptoms sent to the hospital after symptomatic treatment disappeared. Epidemiological analysis confirmed that the poisoned food was rice, most likely to be mold poisonous food poisoning. To this end the laboratory toxic food rice mildew test analysis and identification of mold toxin production, are reported below.
