目的研究单胺氧化酶B(MAO-B)在大鼠胃和十二指肠组织中的表达,为进一步研究MAO与应激导致的胃肠功能紊乱间的关系提供形态学依据。方法采用免疫荧光组织化学的方法,观察了MAO-B在大鼠胃和十二指肠组织中的分布。结果 MAO-B免疫反应阳性细胞分布在大鼠胃底腺、贲门腺、幽门腺腺体基底部的肠嗜铬细胞,胃粘膜腺体的壁细胞、主细胞、颈粘液细胞呈阴性反应。MAO-B免疫反应阳性细胞分布在十二指肠粘膜腺体的所有细胞,包括吸收细胞、杯状细胞和内分泌细胞。阳性物质分布于细胞质,细胞核阴性。结论 MAO-B在大鼠胃和十二指肠的表达,提示MAO-B可能在胃和十二指肠起着非常重要的作用。
Objective To study the expression of monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) in the stomach and duodenum of rats and to provide a morphological basis for the further study of the relationship between MAO and stress-induced gastrointestinal disorders. Methods The distribution of MAO-B in gastric and duodenal tissues of rats was observed by immunofluorescence histochemistry. Results MAO-B immunoreactive cells distributed in the gastric fundus gland, cardia gland, basal gland pyloric gland cells of the glandular mucosa, parietal cells of the gastric glandular mucosa, the main cells, cervical mucus cells were negative. MAO-B immunoreactive cells are distributed in all cells of the duodenal mucosal glands, including the absorptive cells, goblet cells and endocrine cells. Positive substances distributed in the cytoplasm, nuclear negative. Conclusions The expression of MAO-B in rat stomach and duodenum suggests that MAO-B may play a very important role in the stomach and duodenum.
