企业员工素质包括基本素质、专业素质和政治素质,这三方面相辅相成、不可分割构成员工综合素质。企业的经济效益,就是企业的生产总值同生产成本之间的比例关系。企业员工的素质,决定着生产成本、决定着劳动消耗,决定着企业经济效益的高低。企业在激烈的竞争中表象是经济实力、产品质量、技术水平、价格等的竞争,而实际上是决定产品质量、技术水平的员工素质的竞争。
The quality of employees including basic quality, professional quality and political quality, these three areas complement each other, inseparable constitute the overall quality of staff. The economic efficiency of an enterprise is the ratio between the gross value of its production and the cost of production. The quality of employees, determines the cost of production, determines the consumption of labor, determines the level of economic efficiency of enterprises. The appearance of enterprises in the fierce competition is the competition of economic strength, product quality, technical level, price and so on, but actually they are the quality competition of the employees that determine the product quality and technical level.
