患者女性,45岁。体检发现右肾上腺占位3天。增强CT示右肾上腺腺瘤,大小1.4cm×1cm。实验室检查示血浆醛固酮、血清皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素、尿香草扁桃酸均正常。入院后行腹腔镜右肾上腺肿瘤切除术,标本送检。病理检查巨检:椭圆形肿物1个,大小2cm×1.4cm×1cm,色灰黄,包膜完整,表面结节状,质地软;切面金黄色、质实,边界清楚,未见明显出血或坏死。镜检:低倍镜,肿瘤被覆纤维包膜,由透明样细胞及胞质嗜酸性颗粒细胞构
Patient female, 45 years old. Physical examination found that the right adrenal placeholder for 3 days. Enhanced CT showed right adrenal adenoma, the size of 1.4cm × 1cm. Microscopy: low magnification, tumor-coated fibrous capsule, from the transparent cells and cytoplasmic eosinophilic granulosa cell structure
