本文用数学模型方法和计算机仿真技术,系统地分析、研究了测定磨矿功指数的可磨度试验,成功地提出了一种快速、准确的测定邦德功指数的计算机仿真方法。六种标准矿样的对比实验结果表明,这些矿样的功指数的计算机仿真值与实测值非常接近,由计算机打印出的仿真过程与实际可磨度试验过程是一致的。在计算机上完成的测定功指数的仿真过程一般为2分钟左右,它不仅提高了测定精度,而且大大减少了测定功指数的试验时间和工作量。
In this paper, the mathematical model and computer simulation techniques are used to systematically analyze and study the grindability test of grindstone power index. A fast and accurate computer simulation method for determining the Bond power index is successfully proposed. The experimental results of six standard samples show that the computer simulation results of the work index of these samples are very close to the measured values. The simulation process printed by the computer is consistent with the actual grinding test. The simulation process of the measured work index done on the computer is generally about 2 minutes, which not only improves the measurement accuracy, but also greatly reduces the test time and workload of the work index determination.
