我国医药行业的发展维系着国民的生命安全与健康,本身也承担了极其重要的社会责任,如果医药企业能够有效的运用科学管理手段,实现企业的科学内部控制,必然能够为企业甚至行业的发展起到有效的推动作用。我国对医药企业有着非常严格的行业管理标准,无论是对销售模式、经营种类的管理,还是对企业业务的控制,都对企业内部控制体系的构建提出的迫切要求。本文首先分析了医药流通企业主要面临的风险因素,然后从这些风险因素出发分析了企业面临的内部控制现状,最后提出完善企业内部控制体系构建的方法策略。
