地处武夷山脉北段的福建省光泽县是全国100个农村电气化试点县之一。我县对发展小水电十分重视,始终把开发水电资源当作改造自然、振兴山区经济的大事来抓,因此,几年来小水电发展很快,已成为全县“三大经济支柱”之一。根据我县目前小水电现状,在较短时间内实现全县基本电气化是有可能的。(一)基本情况 Glossy County, located in the northern part of the Wuyi Mountains, is one of the country’s 100 rural electrification pilot counties. My county attaches great importance to the development of small hydropower, and always takes the development of hydropower resources as a major event to transform nature and rejuvenate the economy of the mountainous areas. Therefore, small hydropower has developed rapidly over the past few years and has become one of the “three main economic pillars” in the county.
