2010年11月对东海27个站位海水样品中总水解氨基酸(THAA)、溶解结合态氨基酸(DCAA)、溶解游离氨基酸(DFAA)的浓度分布与组成进行了研究,分析了溶解态氨基酸与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明:表层海水中THAA的平均浓度为(0.95±0.42)μmol/L(0.46~2.25)μmol/L。DCAA的平均浓度为(0.80±0.38)μmol/L(0.30~1.81)μmol/L,DFAA的平均浓度为(0.20±0.08)μmol/L(0.08~0.52)μmol/L。溶解态氨基酸的水平分布大致呈现近岸高、远岸低的特点,其中DCAA与THAA分布规律大体一致。溶解态氨基酸的垂直分布特点为在叶绿素最大层与海水底层出现了高值区。秋季东海表层海水中溶解氨基酸主要由天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸及丙氨酸构成。表层海水中个体氨基酸间的相关性矩阵显示DCAA和DFAA中分别有2对和9对氨基酸之间存在显著性正相关。本次研究发现溶解氨基酸与叶绿素a、DOC、DIN等环境因子均无显著相关性。

The dissolved amino acids in the surface water of autumn East China Sea mainly consist of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, glycine and alanine. The correlation matrix of individual amino acids in surface seawater showed that there was a significant positive correlation between 2 pairs and 9 pairs of amino acids in DCAA and DFAA, respectively. The study found that dissolved amino acids and chlorophyll a, DOC, DIN and other environmental factors were not significantly correlated.
