目的:探讨质控小组负责制对ICU医院感染发生率的影响。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对浙江省杭州市第一人民医院ICU2014年1~6月期间未实施院感质控小组负责制与2015年1~6月期间实施院感质控小组负责制后的医院感染发生情况进行比较。结果:实施质控小组负责制后,浙江省杭州市第一人民医院ICU呼吸机相关性感染发生率明显降低(P<0.05);导管相关性感染发生率也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:实行质控小组负责制有助于降低ICU医院感染的发生率,有利于提高医院感染控制质量。
Objective: To explore the impact of the quality control team responsibility system on the incidence of nosocomial infections in ICU. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between the responsibility system of noso-quality control group and ICU’s responsibility system during the first six months of 2014 from January to June 2014 in Hangzhou First People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province Of nosocomial infections were compared. Results: The incidence of ventilator-related infections in ICU of Hangzhou First People’s Hospital of Hangzhou was significantly lower (P <0.05) and the incidence of catheter-related infections was significantly lower (P <0.05) after implementation of the quality control group responsibility system. Conclusion: Implementing quality control group responsibility system can help to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections in ICU and improve the quality of nosocomial infection control.
