离子热处理技术的开发已有50余年,在我国也已有20多年的历史。近期将如何发展,是值得探讨的课题。笔者根据多年来在工作中的学习和体会,试提出如下看法。一、理论的发展 1.基础知识离子热处理的基础理论还十分薄弱,远远落后于实际应用。离子热处理技术的先驱德国学者Bernhard Berghoms,在气体放电理论的基础上,创立了离子热处理的基础理论,提出了离子轰击模型,用以说明零件加热和渗入的机理。我们把它叫作经典理论。但是,气体放电理论最初的研究对象是真空电子器件,它与离子热处理炉的差异甚大,而且后者的辉光放电现象以及在其中发生的
